Return & Refund Policy

At YJ Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).

  • Be accompanied by the order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance, discounted, or sale items

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by YJ Store, we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.
